Legal notice

Who is behind Cernoria and on what terms this site is used.

8 October 2026

Site owner

This website and the Cernoria application are owned by Mariano De Vitto, sole trader (autónomo, Spain), tax number (NIF) Y8773262H, registered address Carrer Lleida 25, 08004 Barcelona, España. Contact email: [email protected].

This information is published in compliance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

What Cernoria is

Cernoria is a web application that helps you look for work: it gathers job ads from public sources, compares them with each person's professional profile and generates documents —a tailored CV, a cover letter, an interview guide— from the information that person provides.

Cernoria is not an employment agency or a recruitment firm. It does not act as an intermediary between candidates and companies, it does not send applications on anyone's behalf, and it has no relationship with the companies posting the ads.

Use of the site

Using Cernoria means accepting this legal notice and the terms of service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use it.

You must not use the site for unlawful activities, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with how the service works, or extract its content by automated means.

Intellectual property

The code, the design, the texts and the Cernoria brand belong to the owner. The documents the application generates from your data —your CV, your letters— are yours: you may use them, change them and share them without restriction and without crediting the source.

The titles, descriptions and links of the job ads belong to whoever published them. Cernoria always shows them crediting the source and linking to the original posting.

Liability

Cernoria displays information from third parties and generates text with language models. Neither is infallible: an ad may have expired, a detail may be wrong, and a generated text may contain mistakes. Always review what you are about to send before you send it.

The owner is not responsible for third parties' hiring decisions, and does not guarantee that using the application will lead to a job or to interviews.

Everything reasonable is done to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. There may be outages for maintenance or because of provider failures.

Links to other sites

When you open a job ad you leave Cernoria and land on a third party's site, with its own terms and its own privacy policy. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.

Governing law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation.
