Does your CV get through the ATS?

Go through it point by point. It is what changes the outcome most, and it takes five minutes.

Job search words, in one line

ATS
The software where a company receives and sorts applications. A database with a search box, not a robot that scores people.
Keywords
The terms in the offer (the role, the tools, the skills) that recruiters use to search for candidates inside the ATS.
Knockout requirement
What the offer demands no matter what: a language, a work permit, availability. If it is not met, the rest is never read.
Cover letter
A short text explaining why this offer and why you. It helps when it says something the CV cannot.
Salary range
The pay range planned for a role. Knowing it before the interview keeps you from asking too little or pricing yourself out.
Job alert
The email job boards send you when an offer matching a saved search is published.

Cernoria does this for every job offer.

It reads the offer, matches it against your profile and builds the CV around what that company is looking for. Without making anything up.
