Questions
- Can I change plan?
- Yes, whenever you like, from My account. If you move up a plan we charge the pro-rata difference; if you move down, the change takes effect when the period you already paid for ends.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Your account stays open and everything you did stays there: analyses, CVs and tracking. What stops is searching and analysing new jobs, until you choose a plan. We never charge you automatically: the free trial needs no card.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep using the plan until the period you paid for ends. After that nothing is deleted: your analyses, your CVs and your tracking stay visible, and to search and analyse again you choose a plan again.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. No minimum term, no penalty, no retention call.
- What counts as an analysis?
- Every time Cernoria reads a whole job ad and cross-checks it against your profile: the score, the pros and cons, the words you are missing and the interview guide. Searching and browsing the list does not count as an analysis.
- Are the documents it generates mine?
- Yes. The CV and the cover letter are yours, you can edit them, download them as PDF and Word, and take them with you if you leave.
