Your rights over your data

The GDPR gives you seven rights. Here is what each one is and, above all, the button to exercise it.

8 October 2026

Access

Knowing what data of yours we hold. There is no need to write to us: from My account → Download my data you get a file with everything —your profile, your analyses, your documents and your tracking— in a readable format.

Rectification

Correcting anything that is wrong. The whole profile is editable in the app, and the generated documents are edited one by one in their editor.

Erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)

Deleting everything. My account → Delete my account. It is immediate, there is nothing to request by email, there is no grace period and no copy kept. The only thing that survives is the invoices, because tax law requires them to be kept.

Portability

Taking your data to another service. It is the same download as the right of access: the file is in a standard format, meant for another program to read.

Restriction and objection

Asking us to stop processing your data for something specific without deleting the account. Write to us at [email protected] saying what you want restricted.

Withdrawing consent

The only processing that rests on your consent is reading the job alerts in your email. You withdraw it from Profile → Email → Disconnect, and the permission is revoked at that moment. What was already read and saved is deleted along with the account, or sooner if you ask us to.

Complaining

If you believe we are not complying, write to us first at [email protected]: we have one month to reply. And in any case you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish Data Protection Agency), at www.aepd.es, without having to come to us first.
